You can find them in your preconfigured "Downloads" folder on your Android device.

Which video quality should I choose?

We are preparing each Video in it's original quality for you. This is the highest quality the author has uploaded. If you want to save storage space or bandwidth, choose one of the lower resolution options like 360p or 240p. However, we always recommend using our suggested option so you can enjoy your video in the highest quality.

What can I do if I get the error "Video not found"?

This means our downloader couldn't find any video in the post you specified. If so, please check whether the video is still available on X (Twitter) and whether it might be a repost. If so, copy the URL of the original post to download your video. If the error persists and you're sure the video still exists, please send us the URL of the video post via our contact form with a short message saying "Video not found." We'll review the download process and adjust our systems accordingly.

The download stops in the middle, what can i do?

This issue is usually related to an unstable internet connection. To resolve the issue, move to a location with a better internet connection and try again. If this error persists, please be patient. We regularly monitor our systems and are notified of these types of issues in real time. If the issue is ours, we will resolve it within minutes.

The video is unplayable, can i do something?
